The following Guidelines and Rules are specific to the chiXoclock.com Forums, Gallery and Blog Spot:
This website may only be used by persons of 18 years old or above.
The website owner is not responsible for any messages posted - other than those posted by "smb". He does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and is not responsible for the contents of any message.
The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
When you use the chiXoclock.com Forums, Gallery and Blog Spot - (whether registered or not) - you agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, anti-racial, sexist, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.
The uploading of extreme hard-core images, child pornography in any form, images depicting bestiality, sadistic or masochistic acts or any other kind of violence is strictly prohibited. Any such images will be deleted as soon as they are detected by the website owner or any of his moderators for these forums. Any repeated violation will result in the member being banned from posting comments or images on these forums. In the case of a guest posting - the IP address from which the post was made will be blocked from posting on these forums.
(Nude photos (male or female) are welcome - especially if they are of an artistic nature - but all models MUST have been 18 years old or older at the time that the photograph was taken.)
You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board - except with express permission of the copyright owner.
